Clients find their BodyTalk sessions to be a very relaxing experience.

BodyTalk Sessions can be held either in person, or via distance - phone, email, skype.

In person sessions are done while you are lying comfortably on a massage table, fully clothed, without shoes.

In Person Sessions typically will flow to 50 minutes. The Session includes our initial chat, your BodyTalk Session, payment and attending to future bookings.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

Everyone is different, and your experience and response will be just as unique as you are.

Commonly felt sensations during a BodyTalk session include feeling warm or cold, a tingling sensation, a general feeling of calmness and relaxation throughout the body, a sudden burst of emotion and abdominal gurgling as energy is released from the diaphragm.

Results after a session may be subtle, or dramatic, depending on the level of healing that your body is ready to handle. Some clients experience a major and immediate shift after a single BodyTalk session, while others report a steady overall improvement in all aspects of their health, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual, over a period of time with regular sessions.

Often the first few sessions are foundation setting, establishing a platform for the healing process to prepare you for a deeper level of healing.
MY INITIAL CONSULTATION - WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

On your first visit we will discuss The BodyTalk System™ greater detail and attend to any questions you may have.

You will briefly let me know about 'Your Story' - We will discuss your concerns, goals and expectations.

You will be given a Health + Wellbeing Questionnaire indicating your health history, as well as your current physical and emotional well-being. This information is used to gather the objectives for what you would like to address within your Sessions.

You will also be asked to sign a BodyTalk Consent Form.

PLEASE NOTE // All information that you share will remain completely Private and Confidential.
DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING TO PREPARE FOR MY SESSION?

Please bring your completed Health + Wellbeing Questionnaire.

Drink plenty of water.

Wear comfortable clothing.

DO I HAVE TO DO ANYTHING SPECIAL AFTER MY SESSION?

It is recommended that you are 'gentle' with You after your session - Listen to your Body!

Your body will be processing the new shifts in energy patterns as it redirects resources to the area.
